Lucas Group is partnered with one of the Southeast's leading financial institutions for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter focused on the commercial banking group. We are seeking candidates who are embedded in their communities and consider themselves to be strong a "networker" as a means to find regional/local talent.
- The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage internal hiring needs, as well as proactively build pipelines of talent for future opportunities related to assigned client group.
- Responsibilities include focused client relationships, building and implementing recruitment strategies, process improvement initiatives, and ensuring business hiring needs are satisfied.
- Serves as the lead recruiting contact to assigned lines of business or divisions. Partners with key stakeholders to develop recruitment plans to meet hiring forecasts and other related hiring initiatives.
- Serves as the community liaison for the brand and branch in which they are recruiting for and will uphold the reputation and culture of the client in order to secure candidates and attract the right talent for the role.
Requirements:
- 5+ years recruiting in a banking environment or similar industry; real estate, commercial lending, commercial banking, etc.
- BA/BS in related field; business, communications, accounting and/or finance
- Ability to work remote/home office set up
- Ability to travel to HQ for meetings (quarterly, or as needed)
- MUST be outgoing and a strong "networker" or Connector. This person will need to attend community events, join the Chamber of Commerce, and visit Rotary clubs and local networking events.
