Role Overview:
Lucas Group has partnered with a client located near O'Hare on their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner! This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to lead the recruiting efforts for 300 person division. The TA Partner will own the recruiting strategy for their client group on role ranging from entry level exempt positions to senior executive opportunities. This well-organized, motivated individual will be responsible for full cycle recruiting while partnering with key leaders and hiring managers on identifying industry experts, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, organizing and executing networking events and much more. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Source passive and active candidates through a variety of methods including networking, cold calls, referrals, social media, etc.
- Interview candidates and schedule potential meetings with hiring managers
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies unique to each supported disciple in order to develop long term candidate pipelines
- Maintain and leverage market data to better understand industry trends, talent pools, and potential areas for opportunity
- Coach and guide hiring managers on interview best practices, leverage a strong candidate experience, and become a valued partner within the community
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques
- Support other recruiting projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years recruitment experience
- Successful experience acting as a talent consultant to business leaders
- Ability to support multiple hiring managers in multiple locations on entry through executive level searches
