Our client is a growing network of dental practice locations dedicated to advancing dental healthcare throughout Chicago and the surrounding area. As a leading Dental Support Organization (DSO), they are committed to providing practice management support and services to our partner dentists and dental specialists, enabling them to focus on providing exceptional care to every patient. There are 24 locations for our client and they will be opening more in the Midwest by 2021.
Job Description:
Looking for a TA Partner to recruit Dentists and hygienists. They will fill about 10 openings a year. Much of the TAP’s time will be spent networking and building relationships so when the dentist is ready to make a move they think of our client first. TAP will need to partner with different medical schools and associations to identify candidates. The TAP will need to be comfortable taking potential candidates out to lunch and dinners.
Our client would like someone who is engaged in the business when asked about a particular opening she would like the TAP to answer without having to look the details up.
