Talent Acquisition Partner (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a Global Engineering and Logistics company to find a Talent Acquisition Partner. This TA Partner will function within the Global TA team, partnering with operations and engineering leadership to improve processes in TA and attract strong talent in the engineering space. Along with handling their own req. load, the TA Partner will assist in implementing a new ATS/CRM system.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting for highly technical roles (preferably engineers)
• Experience in a very high-paced environment (30+ requisitions at any time)m
• Experience or exposure to systems implementations
• Executive presence/must present well (the TA Partner will interface with the VP of engineering and other executives)
