Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading global professional services firm to aide in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is paramount to the continued and sustained growth of the firm. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the day to day recruitment process, as well as develop and drive the long term recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate is willing and able to cultivate an efficient, collaborative, and high performing talent department with an ability to drive projects and influence leaders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition and at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
  • Strong technical background and love for adoption of new technology
  • Able to travel on occasion and comfortable acting as brand ambassador
