Lucas Group has partnered with a multi-national logistics and transportation company in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager.  This is an individual contributor position, and the incumbant will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for all corporate and non-driver field-based roles.  It is an excellent opportunity to lead the recruiting function within an autonomous environment.  The ideal candidate considers him or herself to be a positive team player and has at least three years of experience recruiting for corporate and field roles within a blue collar/industrial organization, having previously influenced the TA and onboarding process.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree 
• 3+ years of recruiting experience for corporate and field roles, ideally within a similar industry.  Experience building out recruiting processes or working in a high-growth environment a plus.
• Experience using ADP a plus.
