Title:  Talent Acquisition Manager

Location:  New York, NY

Lucas Group has partnered with a fast growing marketing technology company on their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in midtown NYC.

This is an incredible opportunity a strong recruiter in the tech, marketing, creative or sales recruiting space to drive recruiting process with a dynamic team. Both tactical and strategic, this person will have an opportunity to help attract and engage top talent and work with TA leaders to drive employment branding and growth strategy with a company that has seen record growth in the past year.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, mix of agency and in-house or in-house only
• Understanding of/interest in working with hiring managers to drive talent acquisition strategy and process improvement,
• Collaborative and well spoken, able to work on a range of roles from mid-level to executive level

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, primarily in Account Management, Sales, and Marketing
• Work with hiring managers and collaborate with TA team to lead and continuously improve recruiting process
