Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location:  McLean, VA

Lucas Group has partner with a national organization on the search for their first Talent Acquisition Manager. This person will have the opportunity to diagnose current recruiting efforts and develop and implement a strategy geared towards delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is a highly innovative and forward thinking culture that is looking for a leader who will be able to engage and influence leadership within the organization and help to build brand awareness outside of the organization. Responsibilities:

• Design and ensure implementation of high-quality recruitment, interviewing, selection and onboarding processes
• Partner with department hiring teams and senior leadership to develop role profiles, understand the talent landscape, formulate recruitment strategies and execute sourcing plans to identify and attract qualified candidates
• Inspire brand awareness through social media efforts and community engagement
• Facilitate and ensure timely and positive communication with candidates, hiring managers, vendors, and HR
• Develop strategy for recruitment events in support of military, diversity and college hiring requirements
• Mentor, lead and coach on process, regulations, improvements, and development

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Highly organized self-starter who requires minimal supervision and who excels in a team environment
• Strong project management, prioritization and implementation skills, with ability to meet deadlines
• Experience building effective working relationships with internal business partners and company leaders to motivate and inspire them to achieve their employment goals
