Talent Acquisition and Programs Manager (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with our professional services client in Houston, TX on their search for a  Talent Acquisition Manager.  This is a newly created position, with growth necessitating a dedicated resource to staff planning, recruitment strategy, and attraction and retention initiatives. Positions recruited for include Auditors, Tax Accountants and Managers for Tax and Audit.  This is your opportunity to build an effective and impactful recruitment function.

Skills Needed:

• Experience in an Accounting firm, or in the professional services industry.
• Demonstrated examples of developing recruitment strategy, while handling a recruitment desk; req load of 12-15 anticipated.
• Abilities in developing and utilizing meaningful recruitment and retention metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven project management experience

Educational & Work Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor's
• Work Experience: 7 years in recruitment, including program development.
