Title:  TA Manager (Recruiting Consultant)

Location:  Raleigh, NC

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading manufacturing company on their search for a TA Manager (Recruiting Consultant). This role will be called on to carry 20+ requisitions in the engineering, procurement, and maintenance & operations space within the NC region.  This person will work with HR and operations to staff a plant operation. She or He will be partnering with hiring managers to define position specifications and develop knowledge of internal customers to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost-effective and efficient manner. In addition, they will also develop made-to-order recruitment strategies that address the specific needs of each position and utilize creative sourcing techniques to find and attract top talent.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to manage full cycle recruitment process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and hiring manager experience, to include: screening applicants, scheduling interviews, debriefing candidates, presenting and negotiating offers.
• Experience recruiting for multiple operational and support roles in manufacturing or industrial fields, including all types of engineers.
• Proficiency in web-based recruiting systems and ATS systems required, experience with UltiPro ATS a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource or related field required.
• 5 years of progressive responsible experience in talent acquisition is preferred.
