We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts, particularly for marketing roles. This role is instrumental in ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application through final interview. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience with tools like Greenhouse.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating interviews across multiple teams and time zones, ensuring a smooth scheduling process
- Collecting and managing interview feedback from hiring managers and interviewers
- Maintaining and cleaning up data within the Greenhouse ATS to ensure accuracy and usability
- Guiding candidates through the entire recruitment process, from initial application to final interview
- Proactively sourcing candidates for marketing roles such as Growth Strategist, Program Manager, and other related positions
- Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
- Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Talent Acquisition or Recruiting background with proven experience supporting full-cycle recruitment
- Experience recruiting for marketing roles (e.g., Growth Strategist, Program Manager) with the ability to ramp up quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-growth or tech environment
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
- Strong data hygiene practices within ATS platforms
