TA Coordinator (Closed)

Title:  TA Coordinator

Location:  Raleigh, NC

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading manufacturing company on their search for a TA Coordinator. This TA Coordinator will work with HR and operations to staff hiring needs across the Raleigh area. They will be assisting TA Managers and the Manager of TA to serve the hiring needs of internal customers in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to assist a variety of different stake holders ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and hiring manager experience, to include: screening applicants, scheduling interviews, debriefing candidates, presenting and negotiating offers.
• Experience supporting recruiting operations for multiple operational and support roles in manufacturing or industrial fields, including all types of engineers.
• Proficiency in web-based recruiting systems and ATS systems required, experience with UltiPro ATS a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource or related field preferred but 2 yr. degree considered.
• 2-4 years of progressive responsible experience in talent acquisition is preferred
