Our client is a leader in the healthcare products industry. Headquartered in the North Suburbs, they continue to grow & gain market share which has positioned them to invest heavily in the sustained advancement of the organization. They have recently implemented a new ERP system and have partnered with us in search of a Supply Chain Optimization Manager.
The Supply Chain Optimization Manager will be to take a leadership role within the distribution team and will be a central figure in the overall order fulfillment strategy. He/she will be the strategic component within key supply chain initiatives; packaging optimization projects, transportation management projects, continuous improvement efforts, inventory movement optimization, system settings & parameters, productivity reporting, monthly KPIs and resource planning.
The ideal candidate must have a foundational understanding of the supply chain process, a high energy level, career oriented and focused on continuous improving the supply chain. He/She will demonstrates an entrepreneurial attitude and be nimble, a quick learner and proficient in the use of technology.
