Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will lead the shipping, receiving, warehousing and fulfillment activities at the corporate home office. This tech-savvy person will oversee the upcoming physical move of the warehouse as well as implementing new technologies to increase efficiencies and support rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all facets of inventory control, item labeling and distribution
• Spearhead the change from a manual process to a technology-enabled, efficient warehouse
• Handle high SKU count ensuring accuracy
• Evaluate relationships with current transportation vendors to ensure that we are receiving the best pricing and service possible
• Measure daily on-time performance of shipments
• Establish and maintain performance guidelines for warehouse staff
• Ensure adherence to all safety requirements
Skills/Experiences: (strongly preferred)
• 3 years of experience handling high SKU count in a warehouse environment
• College Degree
• ERP and 5S experience
• Analytical mind to assess inefficiencies and offer ways to improve processes
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Project Management and Supply Chain previous experience
