  • Collaborate with external partners, industry bodies and technology providers to enhance market positioning and future product development.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in Proposition Management, Commercial Strategy, Product Strategy or Business Strategy within the energy, utilities or renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing customer-focused products and services.
  • Experience building business cases and leading strategic initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into commercial opportunities.
  • Experience working across multiple countries or international markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within renewable energy, solar, battery storage, EV charging or wider Energy Management Services (EMS).
  • Exposure to mergers & acquisitions, commercial due diligence or post-acquisition integration.
  • Knowledge of European energy markets and regulatory environments.
  • Experience working within B2B commercial organisations.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Additional European languages, particularly German or French, would be advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

  • Highly collaborative with exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive, delivery-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable influencing stakeholders across different cultures and markets.
  • Adaptable, resilient and able to thrive within a rapidly growing international business.
