Stock Administration Consultant
The Stock Administration Consultant will support the development, documentation, and optimization of equity related processes within the organization. This role requires deep expertise in equity compensation, strong analytical and documentation capabilities, and the ability to collaborate closely with process owners to translate complex workflows into clear, actionable procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Stock Administration and cross functional stakeholders to review, document, and enhance equity related workflows.
- Translate subject matter expertise and "tribal knowledge" from process owners into structured, easy to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Map end to end processes for RSUs and other equity instruments, identifying key inputs, outputs, controls, exception paths, and dependencies.
- Assess compliance controls within equity processes and recommend improvements or remediation where needed.
- Support documentation of exception handling procedures and ensure alignment with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Provide insight into industry standard equity administration practices and operational best practices.
- Contribute to the creation of scalable, well structured reference materials for ongoing operations and team enablement.
Required Qualifications
- CEP (Certified Equity Professional) certification.
- Proven experience working as a Stock Administrator or within an equity compensation function.
- Strong understanding of:
- RSUs
- Other equity instruments
- Equity systems and workflow processes
- Compliance and internal control requirements
- Exception handling procedures
- Hands on experience with Equity Edge Online (EEO) or comparable equity administration platforms.
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear, complete, and structured operational materials.
- Strong process mapping abilities, including identifying dependencies, risks, and control gaps.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate directly with process owners to gather information and validate documentation.
- Tech industry experience preferred.
