Our client, a Fortune 500 Company located in West Houston is seeking a Staff Auditor.

Compensation: $60K

This position will entertain a competitive range of compensation including base salary, discretionary bonus + excellent benefits.

As part of the Internal Audit team, you will travel to multiple sites throughout the US with other team members to perform a wide range of financial, operational, and compliance audits, including SOX 404 audits. You will also assist with various other audit matters and special projects.

Experience Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
• CPA, CIA, or parts passed - preferred
• 2-5 years of professional experience in public accounting or internal audit.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Access and knowledge of data analytics and tools is a plus (ACL, IDEA, or similar tools).
