Job Duties:
• Reviews and reconciles bank for multiple entities
• Record cash movement daily across multiple entities
• Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts
• Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
• Preparation of monthly financial reporting package which includes reconciling balance sheet accounts, analyzing expense accounts, and inter-company reconciliation.
• Oversight of assigned entities accounts payable
• Special projects as directed by the Assistant Controller and CFO
• Formats and creates reports and other documents
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required in Accounting
• Reporting Skills, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management
• Attention to Detail, Confidentiality
• PC Proficiency, Productivity, Verbal Communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel)
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Strong work ethic and demonstrable success in meeting internal and external deadlines, and managing multiple changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to diversity and inclusiveness
• Preferred bi-lingual in Spanish and English
• Current Colorado Notary or ability and willingness to become a notary
