Role Overview: Lucas Group is recruiting for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager supporting a well-known holding company in Los Angeles with over 25 subsidiaries. This is a newly created role providing Talent Acquisition support to all lines of business. Will partner with Business Partners and strategize to build a strong culture. This person will develop the overall Talent Acquisition strategy, create processes and procedures, provide field leadership and help brand the company.

Responsibilities:

• Determining staffing needs and provide support and strategy to fill those roles
• Oversee recruitment budget and manage vendor relationships
• Employment branding
• Recruitment - sourcing, interviewing and selection
• Assist in retention of employees
• Organize and attend career fairs
• Develop metrics and reports

Requirements:

• BA Degree
• 5+ years of experience as a TA Leader
• Experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and branding on the corporate side
• Savvy in social media and job boards
