Lucas Group has partnered with a retail organization in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their expanding IT team. Our client is in a rapidly growing sector of the retail industry.
The Business Analyst will be supporting the retail sales organization across multiple platforms, including ERP and all proprietary systems. This will include a thorough understanding and documentation of the business and functional requirements, along with identification of potential integration issues. This individual will interface heavily with the software development and QA teams to document user stories, enhance and troubleshoot systems and perform UAT. The Business Analyst will be responsible for driving business acceptance in accordance with project deliverables.
The Business Analyst will work closely with the IT and Senior Leadership teams to establish cohesiveness with high level business objectives and to document critical design decisions.
