The individual will sit in the COE and support roughly 6400 employees in the areas of learning & development, recruitment, retention, performance management, diversity & inclusion, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is familiar with nimble, fast-paced global environments and is hungry for professional growth.
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience leading a team of at least 2
- Exceptional project management skills
- Master’s Degree preferred

- Communicate cross-functionally in all matters to ensure alignment with corporate initiatives and strategy
- Support learning and development, workforce planning, compensation, and benefits disciplines
