Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with an Economic Consulting firm in their search for their Sr. Manager, Benefits and Compensation. This is a highly visible role that reports into the CHRO and partners with the compensation committee. This role will have strategic oversight of the benefits programs and compensation programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements, coordinates, and manages all benefits policies, procedures, programs and activities to maintain a competitive market position and to support firm goals.
  • Under the direction of the Compensation Committee and CHRO, plans, organizes, and manages the firm’s compensation and bonus programs.
  • Responsible for administering the firm’s 401k and profit sharing plans including coordinating the 401k Advisory Committee meetings and documenting processes and notes from these meetings.
  • Responsible for leave management and accommodations including advising employees of benefit options and FMLA/other leave eligibility, and processing requests, applications, and paperwork in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree required
  • CEBS or CCP strongly desired
  • Executive presence
  • 7 years knowledge and experience within the benefits and compensation field
