Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a manufacturing organization to help them find an HR Director supporting a global client group in the Denver area. This individual will need to be coming from the manufacturing or distribution space with at least 10 years of HR experience. This position will focus on the following but not be limited to:

• HR subject matter expert including legal and compliance and have multiple years of HR Management experience
• Experience planning and leading HR Departments
• Implementation of HR best practices and change management skills
• Developed and created new HR policies and procedures
• Progressive and flexible paradigm to HR's role and service delivery in an organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Preferred global or international manufacturing experience
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Adaptable to change and being in a hands on environment
• Travel approximately 30%both domestic and international
