Title:  Sr. HR Business Partner

Location:  Spring, TX

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading exploration company on their search for a Sr. HR Business Partner. The Sr. HRBP will support corporate support functions to include IT and Account & Finance and lead talent and change management initiatives. Reporting into an HR Director, this role will work autonomously and as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will be a true business partner, have 8+ years' experience and be a strategic forward thinker.
Responsibilities:

• Meet with corporate leaders regularly
• Develop and manage talent
• Be a change management leader
• Keep up to date on HR trends and company metrics
• Interpret company policies and procedures
• Participate in performance review process

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years' experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor's degree required
• Understanding of HR principles around compensation planning, workforce development, employee relations, performance management and federal and state regulations
• Strong communication skills
• Be able to work independently and manage projects
