Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading oil and engineering services company on their search for a Sr. HR Advisor. This person will help support recruiting and generalist functions. Ideally, this individual will come with strong recruiting experience and have recent generalist experience.

General Job Duties:

• Help with sourcing, screening and on-boarding new hires
• Communicate internal changes, HR updates, recruitment strategies, etc. with current employees
• Partner with HR Manager and help with general HR functions
• Help develop and implement learning and development initiatives
• Support and communicate HR plan and strategy
• Develop strong relationships with members of management and employees
• Oversee HR compliance and data

Preferred Requirements:

• BA/BS degree required, preferred in HR/Marketing/Communications
• Minimum 5 years' experience
• Knowledge or experience in oil field helpful
• Must be proactive and self-motivated
• Capability to work under little supervision
