Our Client is on the cutting edge of development technology, bringing their West Coast culture here to the Cincinnati area. They are one of the fastest-growing development teams in the region. Currently, they need to add a strong Full Stack Engineer at a Sr. level to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Construct, test, and release product-facing features with scalability in mind. Some examples of the features are market data, accounting, trading, authentication, or security
- Work with other Engineers to solve scalability problems and then run implementation
- Create REST APIs to manage the interactions between client applications and backend services
- Create maintainable code for complex problems
- Participate in shaping the next generation platform
Skills:
- Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or a related technical degree.
- 5+ years of development experience
- Knowledge of one or more of the following languages: C#, Java, JavaScript, Python
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Ability to build tools and source code repository tools such as GIT, GitHub, Pull Request Review, and Gitflow
- Cloud Provider Experience: Service Oriented Architecture, Microservices
- Cloud experience using: AWS or Azure or similar technologies
- Knowledge of Distributive Computing
