We have been engaged by a $250M highly profitable FinTech company looking to bring on a Senior Director of Treasury. This person will report directly to the CFO and manage a small team. Under the direction of the CFO, the Senior Director of Treasury will be responsible for efficiently implementing the company's global cash flow and investor relations strategy. This role will be a key contributor in funding decisions for major investments, M&A, and other growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Forecast and report daily, weekly and monthly cash requirements and execute related financing decisions.
- Understand, direct and manage all treasury activities and investor relations for the company.
- Provide direction for and oversee the preparation of all external and internal financial reports.
- Manage long-term and short-term investment strategies.
- Assess risk/return tradeoffs in guidelines.
- Prepare or monitor the company's various cash flow forecast and perform financial modeling.
- Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
- Manage equity and debt research and investor relationships.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of treasury experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- CTP Preferred
- MBA/CPA a plus
- Commutable to Kennesaw
