Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading real estate company to search for a Sr. Director, Compensation & Benefits. The Director will create short and long-term goals for the areas of Compensation and Benefits including benchmarks and best practices. You will drive, influence, and collaborate with Senior Leadership to implement improvements where necessary. You will develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy.

Requirements:

• 6+ years human resources experience with specific expertise in Compensation and Benefits Administration
• Review the effectiveness of current compensation programs, including managing the participation in market data surveys, evaluate best practices and drive process improvement initiatives
• Provides leadership on all areas of compensation including preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee, short and long-term incentive plan design and administration, equity administration, as well as the annual compensation planning cycles
• Supports with Open Enrollment planning and is responsible for development and implementation of open enrollment communications
• Responsible for monitoring national, state and local laws, regulations and guidelines governing employee benefits and formulates recommendations to ensure compliance
• Experience preparing and presenting summary information and proposals to senior leadership

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) or similar designation preferred
