Our client, a publicly traded technology products provider in the North Chicago suburbs, is seeking to add an attorney to its team to support its Public Sector Senior Counsel and business segments within the Education, Health Care, Defense industries.

Responsibilities will include counseling on regulatory and transactional matters and on issues related to federal law. Relocation candidates will be considered.

Experience required:

  • 7-10 years (5 years minimum) in a corporate legal department, law firm or working in government
  • Managing business contracts and relationships with government entities at the federal, state and local levels.
  • Must be comfortable managing all aspects of RFPs, contracts, bid protests, and other regulatory matters (including FAR/DFAR).
