Lucas Group has partnered with a Real Estate organization to search for their next Sr. Compensation Analyst. This role will be responsible for supporting the organization nationwide on a variety of compensation related matters including base compensation, initiatives and evaluations. This individual will need to have a strong affinity for data analytics and advanced experience with Microsoft Excel. This organization is expanding rapidly and has made strides to support their growing workforce.
Experience Requirements:
- 2 ? 5 years of Compensation experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience
- Strong grasp on Data Analytics
- Bachelor?s Degree
Responsibilities:
- Support merit, bonus & wage increases
- Assist with compensation surveys, market data, and salary structures.
- Support compensation projects
- Gather and report data analytics
- Approve job offers and ensure proper job alignment
- Respond to compensation questions and answer incoming questions from employees.
