The ideal candidates will have experience in land development, water and sewer projects, stormwater management, erosion control, parking lots and road design. These positions will be responsible for designing and producing plans for a wide range of land development projects including commercial sites, subdivisions, apartment buildings, roads and more. The position will be the main contact for a group of clients and will ensure that the company’s high standards are met and clients are satisfied with their service.
These positions will write proposals, identify key permit milestones, design key infrastructure, oversee plan production, coordinate with review authorities and coordinate with clients. These responsibilities allow the job to have a combination of work inside of the office and outside of the office.
