Seeking a UCaaS (Livevox) System / Business Optimization Administrator for our Marietta location. Responsibilities include but are not limited:
Maintenance and enhancement of existing Livevox applications in either a U8, U9, or U10 version environment
Experience with machine learning, decisioning engines, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis techniques in a business environment.
Experience with Call Center Analytics
Developing and writing computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information with .Net technologies and MS Power BI visualizations
Maintaining and developing canned and custom interfaces for the interpretation of data for senior management to develop enhanced operational strategies
Developing custom interfaces, API’s, and Web Services to automate various back office activities into near real time production for Business Intelligence and Business Optimization.
Creating custom reports utilizing SQL Server Management Services (SSMS) Queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI data flows
Skills and Background:
2 – 4 years Advanced Business Modelling and UCaaS experience
T-SQL, exposure to SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2016
Stored procedures, SSIS packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc.
C# or .Net equivalent with API development
Livevox System Administration on U8 and Newer Platforms required
Legacy Latitude Collection Platform familiarity is a plus
Microsoft Visual Studio
Microsoft Power BI
Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency is a must

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present material appropriate to the level of the audience
Strong quantitative skills, with solid grasp of key concepts in Probability, Statistics, Algorithm design, and Machine Learning
Passion for hands-on "in-the-trenches" work with real-world data-sets
Demonstrated ability to be flexible to changing priorities
