One Sourcing Manager will oversee the critical indirect spend category of Professional Services (MSP/BPO/contingent labor/staffing agreements).

Description:
Sourcing Managers (Indirect spend) will work with internal stakeholders to develop, implement and execute procurement strategies using the 7 Step Sourcing process.
Through excellent leadership and communications skills, ensures cross functional business objectives are reflected in category strategies.
Must be able to effectively leverage the company’s scale while balancing interests of the stakeholders.
Strategically manage the indirect spend to identify opportunities that drive sustainable improvement in cost, quality, service and innovation.
Lead supplier relationship management activities that drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by partnering with key business stakeholders to develop and track supplier KPIs.
A role model both within the organization and the wider market creates a culture of honesty, integrity and trust.
The role is based in the Atlanta area.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in supply chain, business administration of related).
3+ years of experience managing sourcing categories required, including the specified categories for each role (Professional Services, Subscription based Software).
5+ years of work experience required.
Strong relationship building/influencing skills.
Experience using the 7 Step Sourcing process.
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
