Software Implementation Specialist III (Closed)

Job Description

• Provide support for customer implementations of HCM compliance related configuration and validation tasks
• Create and maintain test data, run tests and recommend HCM compliance enhancements for core products
• Work with Team Lead, end users, Developers and Support Staff on implementations
• Provide support to software development teams in the construction and maintenance of products and integrated solutions
• Gather requirements and otehr compliance related business analysis tasks
• Responsible for training/learning sessions for staff members

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate degree (Accounting preferred) OR at least 12 years of implementation and payroll and/or tax systems support
• Experience working for a service bureau or in a PEO environment is preferred
• Experience analyzing and solving compliance problems
• Strong results orientation, highly motivated and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Kronos, Lawson, PeopleSoft, SAP or Workday is a plus
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
