The Digital Commerce Team is seeking a highly motivated candidate that will manage a team of software developers that builds new and support existing capabilities for online e-commerce products and services.
Requirements:
Minimum 8+ of experience in software development, .NET technology stack is preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience leading software development teams
Strong logical and problem-solving skills
Must have excellent teamwork and independent decision-making skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum development preferred
Experience with Azure DevOps and TFS
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Able to be diplomatic when handling calls/correspondence for Management.
Able to analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion.
Able to assimilate research data from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action to take.
Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
Able to design applications using new or existing methodologies.
