We have partnered with our client in their search for a Social Media Manager to help shape and evolve their partner-focused brand presence across social media channels. This role will be instrumental in bringing social creative strategy and execution in-house as the organization refines its approach and scales the production of engaging, high-performing content.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, and content-focused creator. This individual understands how to translate business priorities and messaging into compelling, platform-native social content. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, move quickly without sacrificing quality, and bring a strong perspective on what captures attention and drives meaningful engagement.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business, marketing, and partner goals.
* Create, manage, and optimize platform-native content across social channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate messaging, campaigns, and thought leadership into engaging social content.
* Analyze performance metrics and apply insights to improve reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency and meeting tight deadlines.

Skills Required:
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behavior.
* Excellent storytelling, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to balance creative execution with data-driven decision-making.
* Experience developing content variations for testing and optimization.
* Familiarity with social analytics, engagement metrics, and best practices.

Education & Work Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, or a related creative role.
