They develop nutri-technologies that mimic and enhance the effects of fasting to unleash the body’s natural ability to rejuvenate itself and promote longevity. These technologies are the result of decades of laboratory research.

As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be implementing social media strategies. You can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the overall mission, goals and success of the company’s campaigns as related to digital marketing and social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the brand and digital teams to collaborate on larger goals and campaigns and report back on results with recommendations.
  • Develop relevant content topics with a content calendar to reach the company’s target customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast)
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating a loyal tribe, leads and sales.
  • Develop and expand communities for each brand across social platforms.
  • Monitor online conversations about the brands and share relevant information with the rest of the marketing team, highlighting what is actionable.
  • Identify opportunities to get involved with trending topics while staying true to our brand.
  • Identify potential influencer and partners and begin relationships with them, ultimately introducing them to the affiliate team.
  • Design, create and manage promotions, contests and giveaway campaigns as part of company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
  • Develop a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care.
  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
  • Job duties can be modified from time to time as best fit for the Company.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years work experience in social media and digital
  • High level of maturity and grammar skills to be a customer facing, first responder to both in-bound customer service support and outbound engagement efforts
  • Experience working with popular social media advertising platforms
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
  • Good understanding of taxonomy
  • Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, and website administrations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Access, Tableau and other reporting software is a plus.
