As the Social Media Marketing Community Manager, you will be implementing social media strategies. You can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the overall mission, goals and success of the company’s campaigns as related to digital marketing and social media.
Key functions of your role:
- Use social listening tools to reach out to potential prospects and influencers and engage them around our products and messaging through targeted outreach
- Create a tight knit tribe and community of engaged, enthusiastic fans
- Drive lead generation using organic and paid that shows a positive ROI
- Field customer service questions, complaints and positive feedback and interact with appropriate in-house team for any support needed to care for these people
- Identify potential affiliate and influencer partners
- Keep pace with social media and digital marketing trends related to wellness and nutrition in order to build and nurture social media platform-specific communities and audiences linking us and main providers of media intelligence
- Research and administer social media tools daily in support of our social media strategy
- Monitor and evaluate social media trends daily in coordination with internal teams to support our goals and benchmarks
- Provide analysis and recommendations as the program evolves
- Manage and help to create marketing content leveraging on digital social contexts to optimize real time trends (e.g. videos briefs, articles, blog posts, posts from influencers and affiliated partners)
- Support SEO strategies by understanding keyword priorities using a contextual database and how they integrate into content marketing plans
- Assist in link-building campaigns in coordination with our SEO goals
- Communicate and work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales and retail) and top management on project development, timelines, and results
Required:
- Your passion for social media and digital marketing (including mobile)

Skills & Qualifications
- Rockstar success as a lead generator driving new customer acquisition and sales for the company- with case studies to support your "Rockstar status"
- 3 or more years work experience in social media and digital marketing with demonstrated successes as a Community Manager who has experience using analytical tools to enhance results of your efforts
- High level of maturity and grammar skills to be a customer facing, first responder to both in-bound customer service support and outbound engagement efforts
- Experience working with popular social media advertising platforms Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. A bonus: If you have experience with Pinterest, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, and the emerging What’s App
- Business.
- Experience working with popular social media monitoring and management tools (Google, Radian 6, Twitter Reach, SproutSocial, HootSuite, Meet Edgar, BoardReader, TweetDeck, Mention, etc)
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
- Good understanding of taxonomy
Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, and website administrations
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Access, Tableau and other reporting software is a plus.
