We have partnered with our client, a leading commercial bank, in their search for a Siebel Developer to support the ongoing development, enhancement, and maintenance of their core CRM platform.
This role sits within an established CRM function, working across business and technology teams to deliver changes, improve existing functionality, and support a range of customer servicing and operational processes. You will be involved across both project delivery and BAU support within a regulated banking environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Siebel CRM solutions to support customer and operational processes
- Configure Siebel components including Business Components, Business Objects, Applets, Views, and Workflows
- Develop using Siebel eScript / Siebel VB and Business Services
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and system solutions
- Build and maintain integrations with external banking systems (EAI, web services, middleware)
- Support BAU activities, including defect resolution, incident investigation, and minor enhancements
- Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes across configuration and code
- Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and assist with release and deployment activities
- Collaborate with business, product, and support teams to continuously improve CRM capabilities
Essential Experience
- Strong experience as aSiebel Developer in an enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with Siebel configuration (BC/BO, Applets, Views, Workflows)
- Experience with Siebel scripting (eScript / Siebel VB)
- Proven experience working on integrations (EAI, APIs, middleware)
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of the Siebel data model
- Experience within banking / financial services or another regulated environment
- Ability to work across both delivery and BAU support

- Strong problem-solving skills across both new build and live system issues
- Comfortable working in a mixed project + support environment
- Strong stakeholder communication across technical and business teams
- Detail-oriented and able to operate within a regulated FS environment
