- Develop and maintain JavaScript-based server-side and client-side scripts
- Create Flow Designer workflows and process automation solutions
- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party systems
- Automate manual operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery
System Administration & Maintenance
- Manage platform upgrades, patches, and release deployments
- Monitor system performance, security, and platform health
- Troubleshoot platform issues, defects, and production incidents
- Maintain user roles, groups, permissions, and access controls
Integration & Data Management
- Integrate ServiceNow with HRIS, ERP, monitoring, identity management, and cloud systems
- Support CMDB administration and data integrity initiatives
- Develop import sets, transform maps, and data migration processes
- Maintain API connectivity and middleware integrations
Requirements Gathering & Solution Design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
- Recommend best practices aligned with ServiceNow standards and governance
Testing & Documentation
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities
- Document technical designs, configurations, workflows, and procedures
- Create knowledge articles and operational support documentation
Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 application support
- Resolve production issues and service requests
- Identify opportunities for platform optimization and enhancement
