Job Title: Interim Workday Technical Lead
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Technical Lead to join our team on an interim-to-hire basis. This role is critical to the ongoing success of our Workday implementation, which is a key regulatory initiative. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in stabilizing Workday Adaptive, addressing security concerns, and completing necessary integrations and configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the stabilization and optimization of Workday Adaptive.
- Address and resolve security concerns within the Workday environment.
- Complete integrations and configurations as required.
- Support the transition from external partners (Accenture, IBM, etc.) to in-house key roles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Workday team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Workday Technical Lead in an enterprise environment with 10,000+ employees.
- Demonstrated experience with the implementation and ownership of Workday Adaptive.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive-level communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with regulatory initiatives and remediation activities.
- Background in supporting divestitures and creating independent Workday environments.
- Familiarity with transitioning from external partners to in-house teams.
