Senior UX Researcher

We're seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead end-to-end research across complex digital products in a regulated environment for our leading Financial Services client in Dublin.

• 6 Month initial Contract
• 2-3 days pweek onsite

This role requires strong hands-on experience designing and executing both qualitative and quantitative research programmes, including:

• Usability testing (moderated & unmoderated)
• User interviews
• Surveys
• Card sorting & tree testing
• Journey mapping
• Diary studies
• A/B and concept testing
• Accessibility testing
• Behavioural analysis & benchmarking

You'll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Compliance teams to validate product decisions, identify usability issues, optimise customer journeys, and translate research findings into actionable product recommendations.

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years in UX Research / Service Design Research
• Experience in regulated or high-trust digital environments
• Strong qualitative & quantitative analysis skills
• Experience testing prototypes and live products
• Ability to synthesise complex data into clear insights for stakeholders
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards
• Experience with experimentation frameworks, analytics, or research repositories is a plus

Backgrounds in financial services, banking, insurance, investments, or other complex digital ecosystems are highly desirable.
