We have partnered with our client in their search for a Sr UX Designer/ AI Features in the Amtrack Corridor, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities In our Health Markets (HM) UX organization, we believe UXers shine brightest when they are connecting expertise, imagining the future, and creating clarity out of complexity. Our UX Designers are expected to:

  • Build a rich understanding of customer needs and use cases
  • Define and deliver UX work in collaboration with Product and Technology partners
  • Rally cross-functional partners around measurable outcomes
  • Create processes that aide discovery and delivery of UX design work
  • Foster collaboration, transparency, and alignment

Skills Required

  • Senior-level UX Designer experience.
  • Experience supporting large, complex UX programs.
  • Experience working on large-scale platforms with:
    • Multiple product managers
    • Multiple designers
    • UX researchers
    • Mature UX/design teams
  • Strong portfolio showing real UX work and impact.
  • Experience designing complex web applications.
  • Must be proactive and comfortable managing complexity.
  • Strong ability to work with other designers and researchers; not ideal for someone who has only been a UX team of one.
  • Experience or clear proficiency designing with and for AI.
  • Ability to show how they have adapted their design process using AI tools.
  • Experience with tools such as:
    • Figma Make
    • Claude
    • Claude Code
    • Similar "vibe coding" or AI-assisted design/prototyping tools
  • Portfolio must demonstrate:
    • Candidate actually did the work
    • Case studies are not generic or fully AI-generated
    • Real lived experience behind the work
    • Quantifiable impact, such as user engagement, UX metrics, or business outcomes

Education & Work Experience

  • 4+ years would be ideal- enterprise experience would be equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
