Senior UI/UX Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the redesign of websites, design new digital experiences from scratch, and take end-to-end ownership of projects. In this role, you will gather requirements, collaborate with the development team, and experiment with landing page designs or hero blocks to enhance user experience.

Beyond design, strategy plays a key role—crafting solutions that can be tested and refined for optimal results. Since direction may sometimes be vague, we need someone inherently curious—a designer who asks insightful questions and navigates ambiguity with confidence.

Initially, this role will be fractional (10–20 hours/week) on a short-term basis, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time (40-hour/week) position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX/UI design efforts for website redesigns and new builds

  • Gather and analyze requirements to inform design decisions

  • Take full ownership of projects from concept to completion

  • Work closely with developers to bring designs to life

  • Conduct design experiments, particularly with landing pages and hero blocks

  • Develop strategies for iterative improvements through testing

  • Adapt to unclear or evolving requirements by asking critical questions

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
* Figma expertise (file setup, component management, collaboration)
Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus
* Portfolio submission required (Figma files preferred)
* Portfolio must include a brief blurb detailing personal contributions to each project
* Ability to take over shared design files and seamlessly integrate into ongoing projects
* Experience managing multiple clients or design projects simultaneously
* Preferred: Background in a marketing agency environment
* Strong client-facing communication skills

This role is ideal for a strategic, inquisitive, and adaptable designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys crafting innovative, testable solutions. If you're passionate about user experience and design, we'd love to hear from you!
