Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior UAT Analyst to join a large Financial Services transformation programme. This role will be responsible for leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are effectively validated and solutions are delivered to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UAT planning and execution activities across project workstreams.
• Review and analyse business requirements to ensure test coverage.
• Develop UAT scenarios, test cases and execution plans.
• Coordinate and support business users participating in testing.
• Facilitate defect triage sessions and track defect resolution.
• Monitor testing progress and provide regular status reporting.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and test outcomes.
• Support business readiness activities and go-live preparation.
• Validate UAT exit criteria and provide recommendations for deployment decisions.

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading UAT activities within Financial Services environments.
• Strong understanding of requirements analysis and test planning.
• Experience coordinating business stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Strong defect management and issue resolution skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of test traceability and quality assurance best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently within complex change programmes.

Desirable

• Experience working on large-scale transformation or change initiatives.
• Familiarity with operational processes within Financial Services organisations.
