DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Prepare and file foreign and domestic trademark applications
• Draft communications with clients and foreign associates
• Sections 8 & 15 declarations 
• Assist with TTAB proceedings
• Maintain charts 
• Experience with all asepcts of US, European Union, Madrid System and International trademark work
• Research
• Trademark portfolio management 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent writing and communication
• Bachelor's Degree
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA qualified program preferred
