Senior Total Rewards Specialist (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a client in the Virginia Beach area on a search for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist. This person will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of the company's compensation and employee benefit programs, making recommendations on how to improve current offerings, and providing support on the delivery of these programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of benefits experience; 3+ years of experience in broad based compensation, equity experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail with excellent critical thinking skills
• Experience utilizing HR systems, and advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• CCP is a plus - will be expected to gain this certification within 24 months
