We have partnered with our client in their search for a Telecom Consultant.


  • Design, configure, and maintain call routing for new clients on Genesys Cloud and Avaya.
  • Provide technical support and training for telephony and network system features.
  • Manage user accounts in Genesys, Ring Central, Avaya PBX, and Voicemail systems.
  • Create and update knowledge base documents, including IVR scripting and audio files.
  • Handle tier 2 level support calls, perform maintenance on telecommunication equipment, and assist in setting up new hardware for contact centers.

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of Contact Center ACD/IVR experience.
  • Proficient in telephony in a VDI environment with over 5 years of experience.
  • Extensive expertise in telecommunications, contact center, and related technologies.
  • Strong triage and advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in global delivery, implementation, support, and compliance with regulatory requirements like HIPAA, PCI, SOX, and FISMA.
