Lucas Group is working with a company located in the South East side of Houston looking for a Senior Tax Accountant on a Contract basis. 

Pay: $40-$42/hr.

Term: 6-9 Months

Responsibilities:
  • Support with State Tax Reporting and Sales Tax analysis
  • Help to clean up the Tax and help with the GL during the upgrade of their new system.
  • Support with month-end, and year-end close

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting
  • CPA or other certifications
  • State Tax Reporting Experience
  • Strong GL experience
  • Manufacturing experience (highly preferred)
  • SAP experience (highly preferred)
