Title: Senior Scrum Master

We have partnered with our Financial Services client in their search for a Senior Scrum Master to support a key cloud infrastructure migration project!
Responsibilities
- Enables Scrum teams to follow the company's Best Practices, removing impediments, coaching on Kanban/Agile processes and ensuring team rules are being observed.
- Leverage knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles to ensure that Scrum Team deliverable are met on time and within budget.
- Facilitate team ceremonies.
- Navigate the organization in order to remove impediments on behalf of the team.
- Responsible for ensuring SDLC is appropriately followed.
- Troubleshoot, solve, or consult on, problems and recommend appropriate action.
- May take on several components of an initiative or a complex component of an initiative.
- Partner with other technical and business teams to ensure full project alignment
Skills Required
- Experience in a Scrum Master role within an enterprise organization
- Experience running cloud infrastructure migration projects
- Five or more years of professional experience, for example: at least two+ years in a delivery role (developer, tester, architect, BA, business owner, etc.).
- Two or more years of experience working on or with Agile teams
- Communicate effectively.
